Q: Why are you closing Dough Getters in New Zealand?
A: While Dough Getters has been a great way for us to reward our customers for their loyalty, it was originally designed to meet the needs of Australian shoppers. We are now exploring a number of alternative loyalty programs that will better suit our New Zealand customers, which we hope to launch in 2023 – watch this space!
Q: When will this change occur?
A: The Dough Getters Program will officially close on Wednesday 30 November, so there’s plenty of time to make the most of your rewards before then!
Q: Can I still sign up and become a Dough Getters member?
A: We want to be sure that all Dough Getters members have plenty of time to redeem their rewards before the program closes on 30 November. As a result, we are unable to sign up new members from 1 September 2022 onwards.
Q: Will I keep earning rewards up until the program closes?
A: We want to be sure that all Dough Getters members have plenty of time to redeem their rewards before the program closes on 30 November. As a result, members will no longer earn spend balance or new rewards on purchases made from 1 November 2022 onwards.
Q: What happens if I want to use my Spend Balance after the cut over date?
A: Unfortunately, once the program closes on 30 November 2022, we are unable to redeem any further spend balances or issue new rewards, so please make sure you make the most of your rewards before then.
Q: What will happen to my personal details once the program closes?
A: The personal data for every Dough Getters member in New Zealand will be deleted on 1 December in accordance with New Zealand privacy legislation.
Q: How can I be rewarded as a customer now?
A: We are currently exploring a number of new options that will delight and reward our New Zealand customers for their loyalty even more, so watch this space!
